The Challenge

 

The challenge we encountered was the prevalence of misleading advertisements and scams in the marketplace, leading to customer dissatisfaction and financial losses. It was difficult for users to differentiate between genuine and deceptive promotions when making purchases of products or services, especially in cases of high-value transactions.

The Solution

 

To address this challenge, we conceptualized and designed a unique platform on Figma that enabled users to share their experiences transparently and conveniently. The key feature of our platform was to allow users to share their feedback not only through text but also through voice recordings or videos. This innovative approach aimed to enhance the authenticity and credibility of user reviews, providing potential buyers with a more comprehensive understanding of the product or service they were interested in.

 

The Result

The UI/UX design of our platform on Figma successfully introduced a user-friendly and interactive interface that empowered users to share their experiences effectively. By offering the option to record voice or video testimonials, users could convey their feedback in a more engaging and impactful manner, helping others make informed decisions. As a result, the platform facilitated a community-driven approach to sharing experiences, fostering trust and transparency in the marketplace. Users benefited from genuine insights shared through diverse media formats, reducing the risks of falling victim to misleading advertisements or scams.
